and Secure IDs, deactivation of resigned/terminated employees of Blackberries and Secure IDs

• Worked with Corporate Services regarding floor plans for the department and setup of desk locations for new

hires/consultants and department moves; assist visiting managers with office space or other needs

• Update Global Organizational Chart using MS Visio 2003 and converting into Adobe Acrobat, PDF format

• Ordered supplies and made sure the supply room is well stocked

• Continuous relationship with Security, Facilities, and the Mailroom to ensure prompt response

• Making sure employees traveling internationally for an extensive visit to work in other

Morgan Stanley offices, international travel documents are up-to-date – Passports, Visas,
