Responsibilities include: Taking care of all types of Documents including letters, reports, contracts and drawings. This entailed giving logs numbers to each incoming and outgoing document from the Client, Consultants and various other authorities and the responsibility for the record maintenance of above documents in both soft and hard copy formats.

Using EDMS (Aconex) for managing documentsincluding renaming, assigning attributes to the documents, uploading, downloading and generating reports from EDMS.

Tracking overdue correspondence in the Aconex and sending reminders to the relevant persons and generating tracking logs.

Working as abackup of EDMS Gatekeeper for the project.

Answering the staff queries regarding project documents and providing information to them regarding documents.

Quality Management System (QMS): Management of QMSDocuments; Tracking record of training hours, preparing training matrix and uploading QMS documents to EDMS.

Managing Handover Documentation: Prepared archive room for the handover of the Regional Airport documentation.
