Credible experience in manufacturing, installation, service, and repair of land drilling rigs on turnkey basis (single double & tripple rigs which are electrically, hydraulically or pneumatically driven

8+ years’ shop floor production experience with accountabilty of production planning, manpower & material planning, task assignment, work flow, health & safety, performance, hiring & placement, disciplinary actions etc.

Hands on experience in field service to include intallation, commissioning and maintenanace services to customer equipment

Extensive working knowledge of design, assembly, installation and troubleshooting of open/closed-loop hydraulic control systems up to 10.000psi that are mechanically, manually, electrically and pneumaticaly operated and PLC controlled

Proficient in reading, understanding and interpreting hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic schematics; as well as interpreting engineered manufacturing drawings (cutting, welding and machining drawings), and associated assembly drawings with bill of materials

Working knowledge with the installation, service, alignment and repair of mobile and stationary rotating equipment

Knowledge of 5S Lean Manufacturing, and experienced in training and implimentaion of continous improvement
