Responsible for Execution of HVAC Works including but not limited to the Installation, Testing Commissioning, and Stage Inspection, Snagging and As Built Drawing preparation & verification.

Pre-commissioning of HVAC Systems.

Testing and Balancing of Air, Domestic water systems.

Implementation of Quality Assurance Plan of the Project as Applicable (PQAP)

Responsible for raising Inspection Requests and to coordinate with the main contractor, client and consultants for getting approvals.

Responsible for the over-all implementation of quality control related works accordance with project specifications and engineering standard.

Responsible for incoming materials inspection with respect to specification, Data sheet, material approval and quality plan.

Responsible for coordination with the main contractor for clearances required for MEP works and providing ceiling clearance to complete architectural/final finish works.

Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspection within their disciplines.

Ensure quality of works in accordance with Quality Management Plan including development of Method Statements, ITP’s and Checklists and is in adherence to company safety policies.

To assist the QA/QC Manager in preparation of Method Statements, inspection check lists and test plans etc. for various activities, in coordination with Project Managers and Construction managers.

Conduct internal audit on monthly basis for MEP department, reporting NCRs to the managements and helping to improve the quality in accordance standards.

Cost controlling for the project through rework, improper installation.

Assisting project engineer to submit RFI document in timely manner and keep proper log.
