1)Working as a act. Chief engineer- Mechanical in M/s Yanbu Cement Company, Yanbu Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. From March 2011 to till the date.

Yanbu Cement Company is Saudi based Joint Stock Company one of the largest ISO 9001:2000 certified Cement Companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia having clinker production capacity 22500 TPD.

2)Working as Dy. Manager- Mechanical in M/s ACC Ltd (Holcim Group), Overseas Projects, Yanbu Cement Company. Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.., from Feb 2009 to February-2011.

ACC Ltd is Indian based leading cement Manufacture Company who is having Operation and Maintenance of cement plant contract in Middle East countries. One of the companies among that is Yanbu Cement Company, Yanbu Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3) Working as a Dy. Manager –Mechanical in The India cements Ltd., From Nov-2000 to Feb-2009

The India cement Ltd., is an India based company having 7 cement plants in India worked in two plants yerraguntla and tandur works.

Responsibility:

1.As a mechanical section head and responsible for various maintenance activities in kiln, cooler, ball mills Vertical roller mills(VRM), crushers, Oil handling stations

2.Increasing the machine availability & Identify and correct chronic and costly equipment problems, eliminate repetitive failure.

3.Monitoring &controlling the inventory of spares.

4.Maintaining ISO documents and knowledge in Basic condition evaluations-

5.Active member in RCA’s (Root cause analysis) teem, approaching zero breakdowns, Maintain and analyze equipment data and history records to predict maintenance needs
