Provide drilling engineering and cost estimates for RPS to present to miscellaneous clients.

Drilling Manager (US Energy) 2011 – 2013

Formulate drilling plans, costs, services and supplies for eastern Montana Bakken test.

Drill pilot hole through formations and if productive, plug back and drill horizontally.

Evaluate reserve/production acquisition proposal in southwest Texas.

Development plan for central Wyoming producing field.

Design engineering and on-site supervision for southeast Colorado drilling program.

On-site well supervision on Bakken and Eagle Ford locations.

Petroleum Engineer (Saturn Engineering) 2004 – 2005

Evaluation of multiple well producing fields in Sumatra for feasibility of secondary recovery possibilities.

Initiated a program of in-fill drilling, pilot water flood and remedial well work.

Significant Accomplishment: Increased production from 244 wells from about 640 bopd to 1500 bopd while reducing operating expense by about 40 %.

Operations Manager (Continental Resources) 2002 – 2003

Responsible for all preparations for a 10 well land based drilling program.

Developed precise operational plans for drill sites, roads, camps, logistics, docks, water transport, contractors and service companies for potential field development in difficult Sulawesi terrain.

Production Manager (Kuffpec Petroleum) 2001 – 2002

Led facilities and production team in construction of process equipment and field development including separation/treating facilities, pipeline for oil field capable of producing 15,000 – 18,000 bopd.

Significant Accomplishment: Placed field on production eight months in advance of the permanent production facility.

General Manager (Tarpon Resources) 1998 – 99, 1995

Medium depth drilling project in Benin, West Africa using jack-up rig. Part time as on-site drilling supervisor.

Evaluation of secondary recovery potential for existing field.

Oversight responsibility for production platform fabrication in New Orleans and subsequent installation in Nigeria.

Project Coordinator (Schlumberger IPM) 1996 – 1997

Irian Jaya

oSupervise two well helicopter drilling project for Conoco.

oResponsibility for planning program utilizing Schlumberger products and services to support highland drilling operation.

South China Sea

oDeveloped costs and an operations plan for a re-entry of a prior producing well for the purpose of conducting Long Term Production test and fluid analysis using a floating tanker for storage.

oAnalyzed results of test and prepared feasibility analysis for further field development.

Operations Manager (Philodrill) 1995

Provided engineering design, plans and programming for South China Sea location using a semi-submersible rig. Deep water, using robotics and sub-sea wellhead/BOPE.

Supervised all personnel and contractors.

Drilling Manager (Energy Equity) 1994 – 1995

Planning, preparation and supervision of 3 medium depth exploration wells in remote onshore Sumatra location.

Project Manager (Triton Engineering) 1994

On-site engineering and drilling supervision of a deep (16,000 ft.), deep water (1250 ft.), well in Aegean Sea for Greece National Oil Company using floater and subsea wellhead system with robotics.

Successfully handled HPHT formations.

Project Manager (Anderman-Smith) 1993 – 1994

Drilled land well on Mindoro Island in the Philippines included well design, site/road construction, water source development and establishing a difficult sea, land logistic sequence.

Special Accomplishment: Well was drilled under time and under budget in politically unstable province.

Project Manager (Petromer Trend) 1992 – 1993

Provided engineering and executed, through staff, all engineering, construction, water transport and other planning to drill a 13,000 ft. exploration well in remote New Guinea swamp.

Special Accomplishment: Developed a unique train/track on piled trestles to move and supply the rig by train from the main river dock. Scheme required to circumvent digging and keeping open a wide radius canal. The rig was also on a piled structure.

Operations Manager (Bow Valley) 1991 – 1992

Formulated and executed all engineering, construction and other planning to drill and develop a 10,000 – 12,000 bopd field (OK Block) in South Sumatra.

Directly supervised the Managers of Drilling, Production and Construction and their staffs.

Special Accomplishment: Twelve wells were drilled and the field was placed on production early and under budget.

VP – Operations (Kodeco) 1986 – 1987

Directed all phases of production and drilling for offshore field near Madura Island (Java Sea) producing more than 14,000 bopd.

Facilities included converted jack-up barge with separation equipment, storage tanker and offshore single buoy loading system.

Direct staff included Manager of Drilling, Production, Logistics, Construction and the OIM.

Vice President (IIAPCO/MAXUS) 1982 - 1986

VP – Engineering

oWith staff, prepared and enabled all petroleum engineering, production and reserve management and reporting to partners.

oWith staff, designed all facility requirements, platforms, pipelines, shipping and handling facilities.

oManaged two large scale water flood programs.

oAcquisition evaluations.

VP – Operations

oDirected all phases of production, drilling, engineering, logistics, design fabrication and installation of offshore production process facilities for the SE Sumatra Production Sharing Contract in the Java Sea.

oBudget responsibility for annual revenue stream of approximately $1.2 billion and capital and expense expenditure of $0.8 billion.

oWorked on management committee dedicated to long range development plan and reserve enhancement.

Academic/Training Qualifications:

BS – Petroleum Engineering, University of Wyoming.

Solid, extensive, on-the-job training with Mobil Oil Co, for five years following university graduation in drilling, completion, production and crude handling facilities.

Solid basis in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Power Point.

Excellent knowledge of well planning software such as Landmark series.

Have used Aries for reserve management.

Odessa College Operations Management School.

Maxus intensive three month Management Course.

Numerous Trade and Industry schools and seminars.
