Consumers, CSR and third-party agents use Fiserv Bill matrix on demand product, which allows credit, ATM, debit card and ACH to make payments. It also provides the professional customer care and marketing assistance billers and customers expect.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Performed Agile testing, reviewed the User stories and participated in Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Release Planning meetings.

Developed hybrid framework to test several web pages.

Developed sanity and automation regression tests. Executed and managed automation test scripts using Selenium.
