Administrative Assistant – CAO, COO, CFO, & Sr. VP of Human Resources 2/2010- 03/2018

Report to the COO and CFO; provide direct support to the CAO, Senior Vice-President and Vice-President of Human Resources.

• As initial point of contact, gatekeeper and adjutant, responsible for monitoring and prioritizing requests by internal colleagues and external contacts for face time; sort mail in order of importance; summarize all e-mail communications; schedule and coordinate all professional and personal appointments; organize and coordinate extensive calendar.

• Interact with a wide variety of internal and external personnel including senior management, Board members, committees, business partners, and staff.
