Duties:
Ensures the general efficient, effective and smooth running of administration services.
Co-ordinates and oversees full reception function by ensuring that the reception duties are performed to the required standards.
Oversees the full weekender function, including preparing tasks for weekenders.
Assist the Public Relations/Communications Manager with the archiving of records and undertakes public relations activities at events.
Assist the Operations Manager with the administrative responsibilities pertaining to the generation of the Annual General Report.
