From June 2010 to 2014 Jan worked as a safety officer in Powermech Projects Ltd heavy mechanical erection especially 500MW (NTPC), 660MW (RELIANCE), 800MW (TATA POWER) Turbine Generator Critical piping and Boiler Erection, conveyer belts, heavy structural.

From 2014 September to April 2017 worked as a safety & security incharge in Gitam University construction of (Gitam institute of Medical sciences & Research Centre).

From 2017 June to 2018 November worked as a SH&E Jr Officer in RCL (Rain Cii Carbon LTD)

From 2018 December to till now working as HSE Officer in (Beekay Special Steels & Radice Ispath (India) Ltd.) A Unit of Beekay Steel Industries Ltd.
