Working with Technical Dept. on instillation of any new equipment and preparing a training plan.
Keeping Clear Communication between each Dept. that supplies Packaging to ensure steady flow of
material. Addressing any disciplinary actions that may need to be reviewed with associates, quality,
reporting of time and attendance including tardiness and absence to major infractions.
Verbally communicates at shift change with oncoming supervisors and all lead personnel.
Approval of vacations while ensuring all records are maintained.
Covering for supervisors that are on vacation or any other absence.
Working closely with maintenance personnel to correct issues or plan for PM/OPM.
