I planed the six annual events for Einstein Project, ranging from 200-4000 in attendance; implement the marketing, created the design, coordinated volunteers and managed two direct reports. I have established a branding guide, social medial presence, and development strategy.

Leadership U Director & Marketing, Life Church Green Bay; De Pere, WI—Oct. 2016-July 2018

I worked as the culture college Director for a Life Church which is a Leadership Training and Pastor Mentoring program—a college level training program including 8 classes delivered in an accelerated format. In this role I was responsible for the curriculum, program creation, administration and mentoring of students. There were between 17-40 students in the different sections. I have created processes for orientation, on-boarding, training, mentoring, and establishing the program. I also created marketing, digital assets and collateral for the church. I also created the branding for The Exchange Coffee, Mercantile and Eatery in De Pere.

Art Director, Cineviz; Green Bay, WI—March 2015-Sept. 2016 (This company went out of business.)

I worked as the Art Director for a UI/UX interactive media company. In this role I am responsible for the look and feel of all work within, created or established, and brand guidelines for several entities. We worked closely with KI Center, a well-known fire suppression company, and many other recognizable brands. I created processes for workflow and trained creative staff in the technical aspects of designing for different media. I have taken a lead role in developing museum projects, retouched magazine covers, worked closely with creative staff and interns and much more. I work with 7 designers who range from video production through interactive media design and to print design, regularly critiquing work.
