I have 2 years working experience at Kenya Methodist University student leader board member where I have been involved in fulfilling the university mission and vision were I have practiced and learned the importance of teamwork, hard work, and time from day to day dealing with the university students .I also have wide experience of the library operations hence introduced this systems to improve on the efficiency in the university; setting up of a digital library; installation and management of library systems including KOHA, DSpace, ezproxy, and chat facility; and management of library electronic/ online information resources among other duties.

I have also worked with International Planned Parenthood Federation Africa Region (IPPFA) Nairobi in different department such as finance department were I was involved in making sure the audit for 2016-2017 went smooth under the supervision of Harman Ngure. we also organized the right by her campaign under the supervision of Caroline Kwamboka (senior management ) in 2018 under the communication department. Keeping records of the purchases and sales made by ippfar from non –current assets for example the television screens for display during events to current assets such as staff stationery.

Creating a balance sheet and profit and loss account

Providing financial statements given at time intervals, for example at the end of each financial year. Trial balances are extracted from the ledger entries to create a Balance Sheet showing the assets and liabilities of ippfar and should balance and given to the audit team in internal audit department for audit purposes.
