# Modified ARS sign-on screen/program and Operator table, to accept mainframe TSO Password when Users login into ARS system. User will enter her/his Oper-Code and mainframe TSO Password. Program will get their user ID from Operator Table, then will make a request to ACF2 for Password Re-verification. Wrote Operator Table Maintenance User Manual.

# Created and implemented a new approach to process Agent/Lender batch payment/refund files in ARS system. This included creation of a standard record layout, generic program(s), and a table to house the job setup data elements and editing rules specific for each Agent/Lender. The new approach significantly reduced the time required to create a front end job(s)/program(s) for new Agent/Lender.
# Developed and implemented automation of Agent Receivable System Non Cash Entries reports creation, which required on-line screen changes, and database modifications, which dictates changes in 22 programs and recompiling 19 programs. This process improved report accuracy and saved Accounting User’s time by eliminating manual work.
# Redesigned and implemented Agent Receivable System on-line Check Browse screen, making it more user friendly and reducing search time.

This project consisted of 6 sub systems, 40 batch programs, 20 on-line programs, 6 tables, and 10 copybooks. The system has interfaces to payroll, personnel, and outside service provider.
# Rescued new Executive Annual Enrollment project from failure and delivered the on-line and batch systems on time for open enrollment.
# Built Executive Stock Option Exercise Automation System, which included printing the exercise statement from CICS session on each user personal printer, creation of payroll transactions, tax calculations, payroll registers, creation of a spreadsheet that has personal, exercise, and tax data.
