Designation: Asst. Engineer- O&M Coal Handling Plant.

Responsibilities: AS A SHIFT INCHARGE

Reporting to: Resident Manager- O&M Coal Handling Plant.

Period: 01-JAN-2014 to Present.

Job Profile

Leading a team of Junior Engineers and Supervisors of 4X1800 TPH Coal Handling Plant and to keep the coal plant running in safe, stable in continuous manner and in compliance with all operational regulations.

Handling the Operations of CHP starting from coal unloading in Track Hopper and Wagon Tippler to coal conveying in bunkers.

Looking after the coal yard management and the heavy earth machines associated with it.

Handling the operations of CHP equipment viz. Belt conveyors (both LT and HT motor driven), Scoop Coupling, Ring Granulators, Rolling Screens, Plough dischargers, Paddle feeders, Stacker cum Reclaimers etc. along with protection systems like Zero Speed, Belt Sway and Pull Cord Switches.

Preparing SOPs,,DPR . Also looking after spare parts planning and management.

Coal management according it’s GCV

Imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness.
