My responsibilities as cluster revenue manager include maximizing revenue through strategy and price setting, forecasting, budgeting, analyzing past and future trends and maintaining system integrity for a portfolio of two hotels. Over the last of 5 years I have worked with 4 different hotels in my in my portfolio. Key success of my current hotel is achieving Hotel Revenue plan and assisted the hotel in gaining +8 % increase in Yield premium. In Mövenpick we achieved the highest ever recorded ADR for the hotel with 93 % occupancy. In four points through commercial management of the market mix we increased the ADR by 8 % to help the hotel; remain profitable through GOP.

Responsible for the analysis of revenue, profit and demand associated with hotel rooms and space inventory in a given market or cluster
Create and development pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel
Create and maintain 13 month rolling demand calendar.
Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operation.
Daily pickup analysis strategy adjustment and reporting.
Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted (OTA,FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, crew and groups)
Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business.
Position prepares forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections and analyzes the progress of each
Develops and/or uses analytical tools and systems to maximize revenues and profit
Complete Weekly, Monthly forecasts with high level of accuracy
