Converted multiple Bayer agriculture, agrochemical and agricultural biotechnology sites from traditional operations into Lean manufacturing facilities with strong leadership capable of delivering sustainable results.

Completed a Set Up Time project on a bioingredient production line. Net benefit realized changeover time reduction on the first pass of 38%, generating an increase in production in excess of 2.6 million lbs. annually.

Led teams to implement 70 projects generating net savings in excess of $3 million, an increase in production of 1.6 million lbs. and generated an 11% increase in overall effectiveness.

In the first year with Dyno Nobel, identified over 60 improvement initiatives with a potential North American net savings in excess of $6.5 million.

Redesigned a production line process and identified a potential increase of production by 55% from an average of 650 bags of product produced per day to almost 1,100, with a minimal investment of $12,000.
