Provide a professional and warm patient experience in a healthcare setting. Answer multi-line phone system and provide information to callers, direct calls appropriately and record messages correctly. Placed follow-up calls to patients to remind them of appointments, discharge planning, appropriate medication supply, etc. Attend daily departmental meetings to determine patient satisfaction with services provided and to obtain an accurate count of patients being cared for.

Provide administration and clerical support (draft correspondence, schedule medical appointments, organize and maintain paper and electronic files, etc.) to the medical team and facility. Identify, compile and code patient data, using standard classification systems. Review records for completeness, accuracy and compliance per regulations and enter into proprietary software system.
