•Description: Enterprise Quality Assurance Manager. Established the enterprise QA function and Lead project delivery ranging from 2 to well over 15 million dollars. I established and implemented QA practices and procedures throughout the product development lifecycle for all product releases. In this role I lead the:

•Developed and implementation of the overall QA and Test transformation strategy including cultural and competency changes:

•Established Enterprise QA Strategy and road map based on an overall Quality Assurance center of competency with 4 primary pillars; Manual testing and QA governance, Software test automation, Security scanning, penetration testing, and open source validations. Secured required funding and worked with our executive team to implement though-out the company.

•Developed Job description for skill set required to support the enterprise QA organization, assessed staff against the new market driven competency requirements and either trained or hired in required skills. I also leveraged scaled contract resources to augment permanent staff.

•Leading the implementation to establish key interlocks with our Development, Business, Operations, and Vendors to improve overall quality of our product delivery. We are currently base lining our efficiency. Projected efficiency gain this year is approximately 10 – 15 %.
