As CFO led multinational consumer goods company through periods of rapid growth and downturns, including development and execution of business strategies to maximize value of branded products. Strong operational background, including leading the manufacturing and supply chain operations at six companies, including sourcing products from Europe, America’s and China

Initiated a significantly heightened degree of financial accountability and discipline in the senior management team and overall business. Resulted, reduction of obsolete overhead by $5M on consolidation of business units.

Directed complete restructuring of the company's United States manufacturing operation to be downsized and moved to overseas manufacturers in China, Europe and South America.
