Providing premiere customer service, building relationships with customers, managing time,
Former Manager at Chick-Fil-A
Coworker at Publix
Customer Service Manager at Publix
Customer Service Representative
January 2015 – May 2018
Working at Publix was another great experience. I was required to answer phones, handle money, provide premiere customer service, and be able to help out in other departments if needed. Often I was cashiering, helping customers find items, and stocking produce as well as the dry goods aisles. Although I loved my job, I had to part with them because of my husband’s career.
February 2014 – January 2015
I spent nearly a year working with an amazing team of people and had the pleasure of building relationships with many customers. This job required a lot of heavy lifting, problem solving, managing personal time, and learning to think quickly on how to better serve customers. I left this job to broaden my career experience.
Bowman’s Lawn Service, Inc.
April 2012 - November 2014
With this job I mowed and maintained peoples’ lawns as well as maintained their farm land. With this job, I had to manage time well to make sure we took care of the lawns in a timely manner to be sure we were able to fit multiple accounts in one day as well as making sure the jobs were properly done.
January 2009 – August 2017
Although this is not a corporate job, it is still an important one to include on a resume. I worked with four different families and babysat nine different children throughout the years. Not only did I babysit, I also cooked meals, cleaned the house, and occasionally took care of the pets as well.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE OR LEADERSHIP
2007 – 2012
As a Girl Scout, I volunteered a lot of time and helped collect donations for Salvation Army. When I was working on my Bronze a Silver awards, I held a few can food drives, and also built recycling bins for a few parks in my community. After earning these awards, I came back and helped some girls with earning their own awards.
2015 – 2018
Publix isn’t just a great company to work for, but they also put in a lot of volunteer hours for their community. While working there I have volunteered with United Way, March of Dimes, American Heart Association, Toys for Tots, and Habitat for Humanity.
