Executive Administrative Assistant Centre Embassy Plaza - Laval, QC

February 2009 to Present

Responsibilities:

Direct Assistant to Owner/Director and assistant to 4 additional owners

Take care of all office duties, phones, appointments, filing, responding to emails., accounts payables, checks keeping vendors in order and up to date

Payroll of approximately 80-100 employees, calculating and entering hours, entering new employee information, issuing ROE and 4%

Forecasts and projections of events and receivables

Ordering of office and maintenance supplies

Dealing with Landlord, scheduling any maintenance work

Filing and mail distribution

Replacing accounting when needed

Accomplishments

I began one day a week entering payables and have now turned the office into my structured area! Controlling all aspects of the week requirements are done so that the events that are being held in the evening or during the weekend do so at no fault.

It is very difficult to write exactly what I do and what is needed at my position

I oversee the office daily routines and special projects and what ever else is asked of me every week there’s something different it depends on what the events are like

As my boss says I am him when he is not here!
