C2 Education is in retail education segment and has 15 centers operating in bay area. Program Director oversees the operation of these centers, manages P&L for the Northern California region, and facility related decisions like expansion, moves to different site, downsizing and closure of low performing centers. Implemented customer driven value added services and consistently surpassed the projected revenue from month to month making NorCal C2 centers highest revenue generating territory.
