DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Creates comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement initiatives for the Site.

•Works with the Site Directors, Business and Function leaders to develop plans, programs, activities and demonstrable links between engagement and the Site performance goals.

•Maintains and strengthens support via effective relationships and communications with stakeholders.
