Understand manpower requirement of various team.
Consult with concern department for JD (if specified).
Source candidates from various Portals that match the given JD.
Verify profile by conducting telephonic discussions.
Shortlist candidates according to JD.
Carryout Background Verification of shortlisted candidates.
Schedule interview for shortlisted candidates.
