RESPONSIBILITIES

*Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectations.

*Analyze and prepare documents needed for production.

*Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.

*Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.

*Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service..

*Movement of Material shop wise as per requirement (KANBAN).

*Daily follow up of stock out items & meeting with whole production team.

* daily preperation of all documents of production process.

*Convert monthly Production plan in to weekly dispatch plan for Dealer, OEM & Export.

*Daily Mail of shortages to whole production team..

*Process Selection, Planning and Auditing (Process/Check Sheet, Q.C./ Production Reports etc.).

*5S implementation & safety audits.

*time to time Shop Floor Inventory and inventory control .

* Rejection and Rework analysis (find the way to decrease rejection.

* Time to time training of workers regarding Quality, Safety, maintenance etc.

* Quality and maintenance departments to meet 100% schedule adherence.

* Solve the technical problems of production(Machine/Die setting etc.)

* Daily updation and mails of ERP and other documentation.

* Help the die shop in devolpment of new components as well as in routined parts for reduce the cost and increase productivity.

* Daily reporting to Plant Head of planning and discuss with him on day to day problems.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

(A) 02 years (Jan 2015-Dec2016) experience in HIGHWAY INDUSTRIES LIMITED,LUDHIANA as Production Engg. in Forging shop, it is a HERO GROUP company .This organization involve in manufacturing of automobile and other high strength and precision parts such as gears, crank shafts,Many types of Bell,Flanges,yoke,Magna and many other parts.There are forging process done on the FORGING PRESSES range of (600TON-2500TON) and there are total 12 forging presses available. This company have good reputation at national as well as international level in automobile parts companies.

(B)About 2.5 years (July 2012-Dec 2014) experience in OSHO FORGE LIMITED,LUDHIANA unit of EMSON GEARS LTD. ( manufacturing GEAR, SHAFTS, AXLES and many other PRECISION TOOLS of vehicle,cranes,tractor,trucks and machine).OFL is a well known automobile parts manufacturing company,the major manufacturing processes Forging.This company i was join as a fresher and work in many departments of Forging shop i.e. QA and Qc + Production processes +PPC and Dispatch.In this company 03 Drop Hammers (1Ton-3Ton) and 02 upsetter (4”-6”) available.
