Provides administrative support, advice and guidance to the senior level management team by planning and organizing business meetings and functions, both internal and external, including preparation and coordination, calendar management, meeting set up internally & externally, organizing professional events & conferences for senior management & operations team, monthly calls, seminars and offsite retreats
