Responsible for routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of Turbine Generator

Manage operation & maintenance of machines & equipment in reducing downtime and enhance operational effectiveness of equipment with expertise in handling diverse range of machinery, maintaining daily maintenance report. Handling a team of about 40 plus workers

Accountable for repair and maintenance of Boiler Feed Pump, in all types of centrifugal, single or multistage pumps, vacuum pump, dosing pumps,& AOH of MIV & MOVconfined space(condenser, Deaerator)Replacement of valves safety valves, DMCW pump and NRV & Knowledges About all Turbine Sector Equipment’s.

Perform root-cause analysis of defects while developing and improved the processing by taking corrective actions to prevent any reoccurrences and defective issues.

Troubleshooting and breakdown/preventive maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum

Planned for day to day activities for preventive and break down maintenance of Turbine generator of handling team of about 35 plus workers

Works as a planning engineer to managing manpower, attendance, planning sheet, daily progressive report & Dept. Matrix sheet.

Responsible for routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of vibration(CBM)

Proper scheduling to taking readings of motor pumps etc in whole plant

Proper assigning of defects lists of equipment and justifying the zone of the equipment( moderate or critical)

As per scheduling creates vibration report daily, weekly and monthly.

In overhauling 25 days in Punjab I had worked for SAFETY OFFICER. Maintaining proper rules of safety and giving TBM and gathered knowledge about height, Hot and confined space work.
