PSW Process & Product audit for new development, Localization & Design Change.

ANPQP /PSW documents verification & Approval.

Verification of 4M changes at supplier end.

Participate in Joint Inspection of PSW parts at supplier facility to achieve the Quality level.

Problem/ defect analysis and SIR raise to supplier,8D from supplier validation and feedback.

Approval of 8D submitted by supplier and Countermeasure confirmation audit at Supplier end.

Selection of incoming parts & Preparation of Instruction sheet for same.

Regular Supplier audit as per risk level (High,Mid,Low).

Monthly Report preparation and identify worst supplier.

Tool Audit at supplier end before the sample submission (For checking the tool special control & Fool Proofing).

Responsible for supplier continuous improvement and supplier development.

Regular APQP Review meeting with the Supplier including kick off Review, Process Review, Design review, Industrialization and Launch review to develop the parts.
