Orchestrated the relocation of a production plant from Indiana to Michigan; led removal of transfer line equipment, retooling, and total machining/assembly in new location, completed in 18 weeks within customer cycle times with net profit margin after all costs of 18%.

Took over business planning for a 50,000 sq. ft. bowling and entertainment facility whose owner passed away with >$400,000 owed in back taxes, other debt, and no life insurance; increased sales 25% first year and 60% over three years while negotiating with city, state, and federal agencies, retiring all debt within 60 months.
