Co-Designer and Project Manager for an Akron based interior design studio that catered to residential, commercial and exterior/public space projects. Contributed to a 50% increase in gross profits and sales, in comparison to the previous 18 months prior to employment, as well as a 92% increase in net profit due to greater efficiency and systems organization. Responsibilities included creative thinking, team collaboration and relationship building with local artisans and the design community, all of which was accomplished through a free thinking, solution-based design approach.

Lead Designer for a storefront exhibition that activated an underutilized downtown Akron storefront with a dynamic textile installation. Process included naturally dyed fabrics and fibers with the use of plant extracted dyes and mordants, as well as the inclusion of natural elements to create a textiles forest.
