Responsibilities:

Handling various production support issues for FS-CD module like billing, payment methods, Workflow, Dunning, Automatic Clearing, VYSPA Postings, KCLJ errors etc.

Worked on ARE optimization project to give the best performance for monthly batch cycle (month end close).

Also implemented the automated solution for calculating the number of records processed by ARE mass activity for the month end run. Wrote the functional spec and passed it to the development team for implementing the program. This eliminated the manual verification steps and also reduced the efficiency of the month end total end to end cycle.

To improve the performance of the HANA Views, I have analyzed the Visualization plan to decide which node is taking the most time in running.

I have been testing WEB Intelligence report which is built on HANA views for users to access.

I have successfully created a Macro for comparing 2 excel sheets to identify differences between them. This is a tool was created for a specific project and is been used by many teams to validate the results.
