Project Overview:

GSI Commerce is an eBay company specializing in creating, developing and running online

sites for several brands and retailers. The company also provides a variety of marketing, consumer engagement, customer care, payment processing, fulfillment, fraud detection, and technology integration services. Webstore already has the Retail solution for all necessary operations for managing products, launching new products, introduced new functionality and forecasting the future products.


Assisting in writing test plans, which detailed the testing scope, strategy, test requirements, and necessary resources.

The call center agent’s log the customer’s concerns through this application with appropriate severity levels, try to troubleshoot the problems and provide them with the resolution.

The application also facilitates the agents to view their work queues, keep track of the incident’s progress and redirect the incident to appropriate groups to work upon.
