The project has different stations with 3 servomotors,of them is to rotate a indexing rotary table and 1 VFD controlled conveyor also having a 15ton hydro pneumatic press.

The servo motors are controlled by CAN open method

The project has totally 100 input and outputs.

The maximum speed of the machine is 120 wallets per minute

Two other servos are used for pick and place action of the card and blisters.

To control power consumption of 11KW hydraulic motor,contactor input is interlocked with press inputs and with a timer.

Unloading conveyor:
