Assisted the company’s management draft a new work plan motivated largely by my success rate in the industry in which I made very high returns in revenue – all attributed to my evident ability to negotiate and work with people (debtors) in their difficult and different situations.
Attended forums on behalf of the company, where I met with creditors and attained the experience of communicating and showcasing our business and also relating our concerns and queries with creditors
Learnt the use of various computer collection software, including MS400 program and E-collect
Over $1.5 million U.S. dollars collected by myself for the company in the year 2008
Over $2.2 million U.S. dollars collected by myself for the company in the year 2009
$2.5 million U.S. gross dollars collected by myself for the company in the year 2010
Achieved highest revenue and gross collected dollars for Global Credit & Collections for 3 consecutive years as listed above.
Left the company in June of 2011 due to mass layoff, having kept another lead in gross dollars collected for the year 2011 upto that time.
Upon leaving Global, I put together and designed an advanced debt collector training course as part of a private, small business venture.
Was called upon by Global Credit, from Collectcorp to pioneer their Capital One Pre-legal portfolio with two other senior collectors, in November 2007.
