1. Pregnancy support garment efficacy analysis Sept 2018 - Present

• To test the efficacy of the pregnancy support garment, by recording and analysing the data for balance and stepping up and down on a staircase.

2. Photo Acoustic Imaging Jan 2018 – May 2018

• Successfully developed a laser based light source for a Photo-acoustic system for biomedical imaging, to increase resolution of traditional ultrasound.

1. Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital (YCMH), Pune, India June 2017 Intern Biomedical Engineer

• Observed various surgical procedures such as coronary stent placement, aortic valve replacement and cochlear implant while learning about different biomedical instruments and imaging techniques in cardio- vascular and ENT procedures.

ACADEMIC EXPERIMENTS

• Novel medical device design Aug 2018 – Dec 2018

Theoretically designed a medical TENS device to aid fracture healing using electrical impulses and discussed the feasibility of such a device.

• EMG signal acquisition to find out percent muscle activation Aug 2018 – Dec 2018 Calculated percentage muscle activation for actions performed by different antagonist muscle pairs ACADEMIC PROJECTS

• Detection of Military Vehicles using Raspberry Pi July 2016 – May 2017 Sponsored by: Defence Research and Development Organisation, Ministry of Defence, India Deployed a Windows universal platform application for detection of military vehicles on raspberry pi operating on Windows 10 IOT operating system.

Trained a HAAR and LBP based cascade classifier for detecting military vehicles. (Team of 3)

• Compiled ISO 9001 quality manual for “Quality Management for Engineers” Sept 2017 - Dec 2017 course

Took a mock start up company through device design, testing and production phases complying with ISO 9001

• Case study to set up a production plant in US for “Medial Product Regulation” Sept 2017-Dec 2017 course
