Al Ghannam Tires Center Co WLL was established in 1970 as a part of KAPICO. The group founded in 1950, has since then been a pioneer in importing and distribution of entire range of automotive spare parts & tires. As a Senior Accounts Staff my duties are summarized as below:

1.Recording vouchers on a routine and updating the ledger statements monthly.

2.Preparing Cheque requests and processing Supplier Payments, Non Trade Payable, Rent Cheques monthly.

3.Reconciling Bank Statements, K-net account, Inter Company balances including Trade Receivables, Payables and Local Suppliers monthly.

4.Reconciling Promissory Notes Account with regard to outstanding loan settlement.

5.Issuing Debit notes to group companies for wire transfer made on a monthly basis.

8.Processing payroll and following up with the HR relating to residency deduction, fines of staff.

9.Preparing all the reports and compiling data till the M.I.S. Preparation.

10.Organizing all the work and reporting to the Accounts Manager and CFO relating to any queries in day to day operations.

1.Preparing the Daily Sales Report and reporting to the Group CFO, and all the Department Heads.

2.Recording expense vouchers JV, PV, RV and updating the same in Tally Software.

3.Maintaining a register for employee residency renewal and staff fines.

4.Processing rent cheques, supplier cheques and all related payment

5.Preparing Debit Notes for Inter Company in regards to sharing expenses.
