•Supervised and scheduled the workflow of 350 employees.

•Managed all mechanical purchases and bid items for the property.

•Managed and completed a 5-million dollar construction and landscape project to improve the property. This involved moving over 30,000 yards of earth to redesign the ski area, remodeled interior of ski chalet for improved efficiency, added shops to the mall and hotel for sale of miscellaneous merchandise.

•Demolished and rebuilt a new 400 seat convention facility within the hotel.

Managed operations, personnel (peak 168), payroll, purchasing, and marketing.

•Set a new high quality snow and grooming standard in Wisconsin.

•Fabricated new grooming devices to efficiently improve conditions. Designed a new air-water continuous water circulation system to prevent freeze-ups.

•Redesigned ski rental department to increase workflow (400 rentals/hour).

•Installed 2000 GPM snow making system, one of the largest in the Midwest.

•Partnered in analysis, testing and redesign of S.M.I. (snow) machines. President of Schneider-Herte Industries, largest sales and distributors of S.M.I. machines.

•Installed first Quad-Borvig lift in Wisconsin and second over-the-hill Riblet double chairlift.
