I have known Maria for over four years, during which time I as Assistant Controller supervised and worked closely with her. During these four years Maria was the Accounts/Payable Clerk, but also helped monitor temporary labor hours and volume packed, as well as serve as a backup or the payroll clerk.
Maria demonstrated complete understanding of the Accounts Payable process. She is detail oriented, thorough, always follows through and completes every task on time. Maria handled a very large volume of invoices, as always assured to have invoices approved and signed off by the managers. I was always impressed by her data entry and accuracy, as she had several vendors that she had to allocate the cost over several cost centers.
Maria also demonstrated the ability to work well with all different levels of management, all staff, as well as vendors and labor contractors
