Current Job Description:
■.preparation of the time Table for the all the department, allocating the teachers to various classes based on the competency level.
■. Keep an up to date record of the Annual Lesson plans & check its compatibility with the weekly lesson plans prepared by the Department members for various courses.
■. To conduct the classroom observations for all the subject teachers for all the courses & to evaluate & give feedback to the department members based on their positive strengths & concerns.
■. To monitor the classroom management & administration,In regard to the students attendance,Late coming,& discipline in the class.
■Arrange & conduct a weekly department meeting with the teaching & Non-teaching staff.
■. Write performance appraisal for all the school members (Teaching & Non-Teaching staff)
■.Monitor the Inventory Records of the Department Lab & Pedagogy Research lab.
■.Ask all Department members to prepare the requisition form for the additional purchase of the stationary Lab & Educational Material & forwarding this requisition form to the purchase officer of the School.
■.Arrange school based workshops /Seminars on the Effective utilization of the Lab,Students centered Interactive Pedagogy,lesson planning & Implementation etc on regular basis.
■.Lessening & working with the Curriculum Department in order to enrich the current curriculum content & to make formative changes based on the present situation requirement of the students.
