Infrastructure Project Manager Wells Fargo Jul 2018 –present

Under the general direction of the Wells Fargo Application Security Champions, lead a team of Infrastructure PMs through critical tasks to identify and remediate the Application team’s exploitable security vulnerabilities discovered via HP Fortify SAST scans. DAST scans were used for Applications which needed intrusive vulnerability probing in order to remediate the vulnerable code findings to assist the application to become compliant. The security remediation entailed managing and coordinating release schedules, creating and testing packages prior to release, and deploying approved packages in accordance with change, and release management policies and procedures as well as the Wells Fargo Enterprise Project management (EPM) methodology standards and processes. Developed and maintained progress reports as required by the Information Security Program Management Office.

Infrastructure Project Manager Global Payments Norcross, GA May 2017 – June 2018

Managed the integration of 16 security tools acquired a new company into the Global Payments support model. Managed the shutdown of a large data center and the migrated over 200 servers to the new Johns Creek and Irving data centers. The majority of the work centered on procuring equipment, remediated risk vulnerabilities discovered on the servers and SAN devices while validating the infrastructure passed PCI and all other security standards. Identified project challenges and risks, as well as scheduled ongoing meetings as well as coordinating and tracking handoffs between the technical teams to ensure optimal results. Determined the Citrix or SSL VPN strategies to utilize based on users access requirements for the environment. Managed multiple projects in financial web services, Mobile banking, and security services in a distributed environment (AIX/Windows) using PMI best practices and the GIO (Global Infrastructure Organization) PMO methodology. Managed the Compliance Back office infrastructure/applications which were complex migrations moving applications into the NGN (new generation network) environments which covered multi-disciplines. This project was a top company technological refresh strategic priority. This position included the standing up 80 servers to support DEV, QA, CERT, Production and DR environments to capture all types of paper and electronic documents and forms, transforming them into accurate and actionable documents using Kofax software and to handle business continuity. The installation of these initiatives saved the company over $10 billion in annual revenue.
