CAREER OBJECTIVE

Having experienced of 7 years in the Construction Industry (Tower building, Metro, Road, Fit Out, FM) with BSc in Quantity surveyor and construction management, I am eager to obtain the position of Quantity Surveyor with reputed organization where I can apply my education, experience, skills and knowledge by which I can add value to the organization.

Responsibilities:

Participate in evaluation and recommendation of appropriate Cost to client for new scope and new projects.

Measured completed work and coordinate for arranging payments with client for monthly Interim Payment Applications.

Evaluate subcontractors progress invoices base on subcontract agreement, actual progress completed work for issuing payments request to accounts process.

Preparation of Variation Order (VO) by identifying potential changes.
