Reviewed and approved the contractor's method statements, inspection and test plan, testing procedures & commissioning checklist, etc. in compliance with IFC drawings, project specification, local and international standards.

Reviewed and approved the panel drawings, schematic layout, labeling schemes, sequence of operations, control & monitoring scope, Integration levels, Cause & Effect matrix. Etc. as per project requirements.

As a Project Engineer in Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD) project,

I involved in the construction of world-class multi-speciality hospital, which would house five clinic floors, three diagnostic and treatment floors, three ICU floors and thirteen floors of critical and acute inpatient units totaling 364 beds.

Supervised the installation, cabling and termination, testing and commissioning of Simplex fire alarm system, Johnson Controls building management system (BMS), Access control and intrusion detection (ACID) system, PELCO’s closed circuit television (CCTV) system, Structured cabling system, Etc.,

I led a team of Engineers/Supervisors and reporting to the Project Manager regarding construction progress and site issues.

Submitted daily site progress reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required. Responsible for raising the IR for completed works and attended all inspection with consultant for BMS and other ELV systems.
