·Worked on Several Multimillion Dollar Chemical Engineering Projects. Developed and designed ZABOCS biological treatment products and other wide range of Chemical products using AUTOCAD including P&IDs and Installation Drawings.

·Performed Implant Training in Manufacturing Department, Crude Distillation Unit, Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit, Naphtha Stabilizer Unit, Diesel Hydro Desulphurization Unit, Process Optimization Group & Utilities Department.

·Conducted studies on Safety, Health and Environmental issues that impact the unit in the refinery. Studied control systems for chemical plants based on data collected in laboratory experiments and pilot plant operations (using PLC and DCS). Performed studies on basic calibration trouble shooting; break down maintenance and preventive maintenance of Rotating and Static equipment's and the different mechanical units in the plant.

PETROCHEMICAL DIVISION – FACT, INDIA SPRING 2005

·Designed and developed a process to estimate the fouling factor for a connected shell and tube heat exchanger system in series. A methodology to find the fouling factor for operating and design was developed after an extensive study of the Anone plant in Petrochemical division.
