●Responsible for new staff hires and office set up through internal systems and making sure the right teams were informed of the new set ups.

●Assisted with the “One Building” Office Move from our Bow Valley Square Location to the Gulf Canada Square Location which involved making sure that all the right people were seated together with the move.

●Assisted the Petroleum Systems Geologists with all of her invoice queries and tracking money spent on projects. I set up a spreadsheet to track all spending by location. All invoices I coded and routed in SAP

●Assisted the Production Services teams with the filing of all the truck tickets that came in on a daily basis by their management areas

●Helped out AFE Administrator with the Non-Op AFE’s that are required to be set up and routed in the CATS system through SAP and Capital Manager (web based program) as well as back-up while the AFE admins were away

●Completed the Monthly Financial Summaries for Manager which entailed using a program called Essbase which was a live report that I had to export into excel and there were formulas to work with to prepare the reports

●Reconciling the G&A monthly report for Manager and follow-up with any adjustments required. This involved all of our GL codes including salaries so it was a confidential task that I performed for my superiors

●Was Back-up for Engineering Technician by doing the Weekly Volume reports and posting all to the web, as well as back-up for Facility Technician doing their Hazops reports from Word and Excel to the HazIt database program

●Updating PaCO report with the Operations Team in Calgary with the Field Operators

●Ran weekly Execution Report for meetings which was a copy and paste from the updates from each asset manager

●Reconciling Corporate Visa Statements for myself, Team Leaders, staff and Upper Management through our online system SAP with Conoco and Concur with Cenovus

●Booking of all charter flights, travel arrangements, and lodging for the team members for field trips as well as training trips to wherever those programs were, normally international.

●Book and organize in house and off site training for team members for all of our safety requirements for engineers.

●Organizing off-sites and team building functions in town and out of town which involved guest speakers if required for in house and for off-site I arranged all lodging, IT requirements, catering and transportation to and from the off-site

●Performing time approvals for Managers and Team Leads through our SAP system in CATS

●Maintain all team contact lists, maintain the distribution list on the global network using excel for updates and making any changes through our internet portal

●Ordering of all necessary office supplies through G&T using SAP and Staples using their easy website with Conoco and with Cenovus using Novexco on line ordering

●Booking of conference meetings and meeting rooms for small meetings to large in house meetings through outlook and maintaining and making changes to meetings as needed

●Catering for Asset Managers and Team Leaders on a weekly basis for all meetings, team build events as required.

●Perform quarterly safety checks on all floors for all teams and record anything that needed to be repaired or updates to anything safety related, record and submit reports

●Chaired Children’s Christmas Party for 8 years which involved invitations for approximately 1600 people, arranging vendors, set up and shopping for the gifts and organize wrapping parties for all gifts.
