TULSYAN NEC LTD has started new project of rolling mill& SMS. This project having continuous mill of Horizontal configuration of 12 stand & 1 roughing mill stand .pusher reheating gaisifaire furnace having capacity of 40TPH.

In this Rolling 8mm to 32mm tmt & 5.5 mm to 10mm round rolling for block mill operation.

Responsibility:

Successful erection, commissioning & achieve quality production of TMT & alloy steel as per capacity.

3. Worked with ACERIA DE Angola, S. A. Production Department as Production shift in charge From Aug 2015 to July 2016

ADA STEEL. The mill uses state of art technology provided by Danieli, Italy. The mill refers to complete bar line for the production of rebar in the range between 08mm to 32mm, where slitting operation for 3x10mm, 2x12mm, 2x14mm,, 3x18mm, . It uses Leo fired pusher furnace with capacity of 35 tons/hour and uses billet size of 130x130x60150 mm and 125x125x60150mm with different grade such as, 3GSP, G60 and 460B. Quality of finished product is of BS4449/97, Gr460B, BS4449/2005, Gr500B and ASTM A615, Gr60.

Achievements:

Successfully establishing of SAP R/3 PP in Coordination with SAP consultant from Mahindra Satyam.

Responsibility:

Responsible for mill production and yeild increase, shift. Delay minimize, before shift planing according section setting,man power handling and maintaining standard stock as par mill according .

4. Worked with M/s Mahindra Ugine Steel Ltd. Khopoli as Engineer from July . 2011 to July 2015

Worked for new project of continuous mill. Handled major responsibility regarding commissioning of mill. Also handled guide shop as well as roll cutting activity. Successfully trial taken of all sections with respect to speed & Production started with required quality.

5. Worked with M/s India steel works ltd. Khopoli as Main Pulpit Operator from AUG. 2008 to June 2011

Pomini atomised Wire Rod Mill. Plant having Pomini made one 22 inch roughing stand, 16-horizontal and vertical stands and 8-block mill stands. Wire Rod mill having capacity of 10000 MT/ month in producing high quality products like HR Coils from size 5.5 mm to 10 mm (Block Mill) and size from 12 mm to 26 mm in garret coiler and long product from 30mm to 60mm

WHF: Walking Hearth Furnace having Capacity 25 T/Hr & bloom length for charging is 1.6 meter to 4.2 meter.

Blooming Mill: It is 2-Hi Reversible Mill having size is 30 inch. Input sizes used as 308 oct, 262oct, 232oct, 150 Square.

3 Hi-Intermediate Mill: Size is 22 inch & used for Rolling of Diamond, Oval, Pre-oval, Gothic, RCS & Round passes.

2 Hi-Finishing Mill: Size is 22 inch & it is used for Rolling of Round & RCS.

Finish Rolled Sections:-

63 RCS to 240 RCS & 50 Dia to 160 Dia.

Achievement

Successfully Rolling mill layout finalisation, erection & commissioning of rolling mill in ADA STEEL.
