My contract engagements span Financial Services, Media, Pharma, Advertising and Venture backed startups. My most recent contract engagements have been exclusively in support of Government Services Corporations (Defense Contractors). With the exception of CDI Corp, my contract engagements have been through an array of subcontractor corporations and human capital vendors/suppliers.

Recent contracts/engagements (past 6 yrs) have been focused on sourcing and recruiting: Virtualization Engineers (Cloud), Cyber Security Engineers/Architects (Cloud). Cloud based platforms include AWS (Amazon), Azure (Microsoft), and recently GCP (Google). Many positions have required some combination of OSWE/CISSP/CISM certifications with extensive knowledge of advanced threat analysis/intrusion detection. Most of these positions have been for Government/Defense Contract corporations. 90% of these positions have required an active security clearance, often a TS/SCI clearance. One ongoing project involves recruiting for a very large number these positions. Two major Defense Contracting corporations have parts of the contract supporting USSTRATCOM (Offutt AFB) as well as a number of other government agencies. Positions were seated in multiple locations, both national and international.

Recent private sector contracts/engagements have predominantly been for: Full Stack Architect/Engineers, Mobile Developers (iOS/Android), Chrome Extension Developers, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developers (machine and deep learning), UX/UI Architects/Developers/Testers.

Major/National Account Manager (Philadelphia Startup) Computer Enterprises Inc 2010 to 2011

National Account Manager BNY-Mellon. Additionally responsible for the start-up and establishment of the Philadelphia Branch office. Instrumental in initial hiring, training, and mentoring of the sales and recruiting team.

Program Director (Interim)-National Outsourced Recruitment Program (RPO) for Parexel International

IBM-Kenexa 2007 to 2008

*The Parexel Int. primary stakeholder recommended I be brought on by IBM-Kenexa near the end of the 1st year of the initial RPO contract. This stakeholder had been a previous client of mine from when I was with Robert Half and later Modis. My primary directive was to work in collaboration with client to identify and address program scope

(creep) and out of compliance(SOW) concerns. Next drive the necessary functional, structural and process change required for compliance.

The following were objectives/actions that were established, achieved and exceeded. 1) Stabilization supplier/client relationship.

2) Establishment of collaborative RPO "partnership" model. Matrixed organisation of internal/external stakeholders/process drivers.

3) Implemented program metrics, tracking/"scope review", change management and problem escalation processes/accountability.

4) Creation of a Sr. leadership team tasked with identification, triage and remediation of escalated SOW, Recruitment or management issues problems.

5) Oversight of resource allocation and distribution (IBM-Kenexa). A results of these initiatives were highly successful. Toward the end of 2008, at Parexel’s direction, the North American RPO was scaled up and expanded internationally to include all of the Parexel Global hubs.

This was IBM-Kenexa's first International and largest RPO engagement at the time. Managing Director

Catalyst IT Services - Philadelphia, PA 2005 to 2007 Responsible for all sales and operations of a start-up consulting services firm.

*Venture capital and other funding was cut late fall of 2007. Within days of the announcement the Philadelphia Office was closed down.

Modis (a business unit of Adecco) - Conshohocken, PA 2000 to 2005 Responsible for the turn-around, restaffing, training and day to day operations of the Philadelphia Branch of Modis, a business unit of The Adecco Group.

Modis Philadelphia began as an acquisition of a small local firm in 1997. Over the following 3 years the existing business fell off almost entirely and the operation ran significantly in the red. I began my tenure as Managing Director late in 2000.

From my start date in December of 2000 to the end of 2005, the Philadelphia Branch grew to nearly a 20 million $ revenue stream with an average of 40% GM $, Ebita crushed expectations and stretch budget goals.

The Branch ranked #1 out of 60 and was Modis Cup winner 2005. Area Consulting Services Manager
