Review of attested call over of generated list of:

oApproved credit facilities maintained on all previous working day(Daily Deals)

oApproved requests advertently used to tactically manage expired facilities, unpaid matured obligations etc.

oUnpaid Obligations (OD no limit status & overline Position)

Review/Analysis of Overdraft utilization & efficiency(financial covenant, turnover clause, minimum weekly collection)

Snap review of specified facilities

Review/Analysis of credit requests using the risk asset rating, Balance sheet, Income statement, call memos and credit checks.

Ensure compliance of credits disbursed to terms and conditions contained in the approved Facility Agreement Memo including income tracking. Income tracking shall include cot rates, interest rates, commissions, default rates, fee concessions, waivers and deferrals.

Review of Daily Debits: Daily check on accounts going in to debit for the first time. This is escalated and brought to the attention of the relationship managers for regularization.

Review of maturing obligations with emphasis on rental obligation and final maturities.

Review

Recommend credit request for the approval of the Chief Risk Officer, Group Heads and other approving authorities as stipulated by the Bank’s credit policy guide.

Amendment and re-alignment of credit requests in line with best-fit purposes.

Identification of inherent risks in credit requests in addition to mitigating those risks or creating better alternatives to manage them.

Analytical Inference using financial statements to determine their sales & profitability, Asset Management, Liquidity & Leverage as well as their Cash flow projection.

Review Business Risk, Cash flow projection analysis, identifying cash drivers and access to liquidity in various credit requests.
