Job Responsibilities:

Handling all the stock planning, inventory management, distribution for North India Distribution Centre supplying to 94 stores from area of 1,20,000 Square Feet (80,000 Working Area & 40,000 Yard)

Handling shipping dept. of 13500 plus SKUs & Yearly throughput of approx INR 600 crs

Coordinate with the transporter for timely placement of vehicles to ensure prompt customer service to our customer

Coordination with replenishment team for all the inventory activities like stock variances, inventory movement, Filling of new store at proper date,replenishment of stock and its proper storage

Handle all stores returns (PRN), SIN-BIN, RTV activities of warehouse & coordinate with the inventory & HO team

Ensuring timely & accurate dispatch of goods both in terms of physical movement and documentation.

Making duty-roster of the team. Generating Picking & Dispatching sheet, working for full backhand support to stores

Preparation of Various Warehouse MIS Reports – Dispatch Report, Inward Report, Stock Movement Report, Physical Stock Report etc.

Manage stock accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities of stock receipts, storage, retrieval and dispatch of goods, up-to-date document recording and data entry into system.

Done work as a Operation Supervisor on SRS GLOBAL Solution For Bharti Wal-mart Pvt. Ltd. Since Jan-10 to Dec.11 at Banur, Patiala, Punjab. (India)

Handling the overall Outward activity in warehouse.

Release to Order from system & dispatch according to plan.

Handling more than 25000 Sku’s

Proper storage of material in Racks and Pallets as per Merchandise Category.

Proper handling of high value items.

Monitoring of Ticket department against damage, shortage, excess & expired mdse from the store.

Handling to F&V (Fruit &vegetables) department.

Job responsibility:-

Handling the MIS reports & scanning of all documents. ( Invoices & pod’s)

Coordinate with finance team for payment process.

3. Done worked (Since Sep, 13 to Jan, 16) as a Operation supervisor for SRS Global Solution PVT.LTD Punjab c/o Bharti Retail PVT. LTD. At Banur (Punjab).

Job responsibility:-

Worked on MGDS & Sap.

Check to material & maintain the Logistics department.

Reconciliation of the Material Receipt, Dispatch & Stock

Complete documentation with MRN, STN, and POD.

4. Done worked (Since Jan, 16 to Apr 16) as a Computer Operator for Swift Securitas PVT.LTD Punjab c/o Bunge India PVT.LTD. At Rajpura (Punjab).

Job responsibility:-

Worked on Sap.

In and out the tracks with the help of IGP No.

Maintain all the register like Duty Register, Vehicle Km reading etc.

5. Done worked (from Apr 16 to Nov 18) as a Tracking the buses of Dikshant international school.

Job responsibility:-

Worked on Secure.

Live tracking of all School Bus of Dikshant International and Global school.

Create the Track Coupons of New Students for school buses.

All the students data maintain in excel.

Enter all student and staff data in school sites and E-Punjab also.
