Daily task includes communication with clients, answering multi-line phone system, ship out packages, scan/download, attach and distribute mail. ● Partner with benefits consultant to negotiate terms and determine plans that will be included in new and renewal proposals.

● Partner with client advocate to create or update benefits overview

● Partner with client advocate to create and prepare open enrollment presentation and materials.

● Facilitate compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA Office Administrator

Maintained Insurance Licenses - Agency and Individual, including Non-Resident Licenses. Manage office equipment leases, website administrator, including adding users to carrier websites. Deposit checks and input into TAM/accounting software. Run and distribute monthly reports. Completed office closure and supported acquisition and transition to new owner.
